Each year we rely on thousands of volunteers joining our team to make our conferences happen! Please be sure to read all the details before committing to your shifts as our Volunteer Supervisors rely on their volunteers to get their area responsibilities filled! CHECK IN VOLUNTEERS
Please take note that when signing up to volunteer we have 2 different areas. Volunteer Check In will be helping us to check in conference volunteers and staff at our seperate Volunteer Check In, while Registration will be helping to greet and check in or register paid conference attendees. Each shift is labeled with its appropriate description.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum age for volunteers: 18 years old
- Be friendly and welcoming to guests
- Comfortable with using an iPad to check-in guests
- Comfortable working with US dollars and credit cards

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Shifts will range from 4 - 6 hours in length.
- Please plan to arrive 5 - 10 minutes early to get checked in before reporting to your Volunteer Supervisor.
- Please plan to report to your Volunteer Supervisor on time or your spot may be filled.
